Aero hole saws differ from standard construction hole saws which are typically made from HSS bimetal strip welded to 
a threaded backplate, in being made from solid material and ground on diameter concentrically with the threaded mount. 
The teeth are also relieved inside and out for free cutting, and the design is capable of producing very accurate, round 
Holes. Coarse pitch saws have deep tooth spaces for fast cutting in thicker ferrous materials and aluminium, and even 
titanium and its alloys may be cut with careful selection of cutting parameters and adequate coolant supply.
