Countersinks for general-purpose operation in a wide range of materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous, and
suitable for use in bench drills and fixed machine tools. Tools have radial relief of the teeth which reduces
Rubbing and permits fast cutting rates. 3-flute style aids centering properties and better starting.

Available routinely in 60° included angle (DIN334) and 90° (DIN335).
Other angles and diameters can be supplied to special order. The quantity ordered will determine the unit price.
inch sizes in this type have been phased out. The metric range covers all the former inch sizes.

Details

Please note that Countersinks are suitable for sinking a range of diameters, so that the large (outside) tool diameter
is rarely critical, and therefore near fractional and metric sizes may be used interchangeably. This increases the range of options.
Tools above may often be provided with TiN coating (or other coatings) to special order, under series No. 457X.
Please enquire, as it is not always possible to coat finish tools, so that delivery may be extended and quantity extras may apply.
