Also known as zero-flute countersinks or hole countersinks

Tools of special design for countersinking and deburring holes in most ferrous materials and aluminium.
Will tackle stainless and aero alloys. The asymmetric design reduces vibration and can eliminate chatter in
hand-held operations giving a burr-free finish. Countersinking range is limited by the size of the hole which
provides the cutting edge and is therefore smaller relative to conventional countersinks of similar diameter.

Currently available 90° angle only. Other angles may be supplied to special order, subject to quantity.
