Sometimes called 'easy-outs' after a prominent early brand of these tools. The actual data shown follows the 
American system, which is very widely accepted. CAUTION - Please note there is a different set of dimensions 
used by, for example, Dormer in the UK, where the extractor numbers refer to different actual sizes, and systems
for straight fluted extractors (not shown here) are also differently numbered. Can also be used to extract broken
pipe fittings. Data in inches unless indicated. Short, left hand drills* are recommended for use prior to using 
the extractors.
